Demarcus and his team are absolutely amazing! They came out to both my business and my home and provided top-notch service. They mounted multiple TVs flawlessly, installed cameras with great attention to detail, and even set up speakers that made a huge difference in sound quality. The crew was professional, respectful, and efficient from start to finish. Everything was done neatly and they made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. I had been searching for someone to mount my TVs, but every company I spoke with on Facebook was overpriced. On top of that, they wanted to charge extra for hiding the wires or installing plugs behind the TVs, offering only to run extensions unless I paid more. I was frustrated with the prices and lack of flexibility.
Out of frustration, I called my friend Tonya to see if she knew anyone. She recommended Cognito Media Service and I’m so glad she did! I called right away, explained what I wanted, and we discussed pricing and installation. He offered me the best price and excellent customer service from the very start.
On August 5, 2025, he came and installed 4 TVs for me, all with the plugs hidden neatly behind the wall just like I requested. The work was professional, clean, and top-notch. He used real wiring, installed outlets properly, and mounted each TV with swivel brackets so they look perfect on the wall leveled and flawless.
What stood out most was his professionalism. He didn’t just hang the TVs and leave he communicated clearly, asked how high I wanted them, double-checked measurements, and made sure I was satisfied before completing each one. He was on schedule, patient, trustworthy, and respectful, making the entire process stress-free.
Now my TVs are sitting beautifully on the wall, cords completely hidden, and I couldn’t be happier. If you ever need a professional to mount your TV or more, I highly recommend Cognito Media Service. His work speaks for itself, and he’s truly a man of his word.

Clearly one of the easiest and most difficult reviews I have written. There aren’t enough words to write and describe the high quality and amount of work Cognito Media/Demarkuss has done for our short term rental and boutique hotel business, Sidecar Suites. He and his team have easily installed 200 plus TVs , along with ring cameras, nest thermostats, sound systems, wired and installed smart home systems … the list goes on and on. The quality of service , the high level of knowledge, the patience in educating our team on the products installed , the support is invaluable to our company. His attention to detail on tv installation on luxury surfaces is impressive. Cognito is and will continue to be our media services company as we expand. I recently had Cognito Media Services mount the TVs in my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch.
